Our Story
Minaar is founded by 2 friends who met 2 decades ago while
studying hotel management in Hyderabad, bonded via their love for food and travel. After completing their course, they went their separate ways,
one a Celebrated Chef at a top 5-star hotel and the other, a top
management executive in the banking industry. Only to be
brought back together by their passion for food and a zeal to
create innovative culinary experiences. Minaar is an ode to food and flavours and friendship.
